Center for Technical Skills and Entrepreneurship (CTSE) is started in July 2015, under the guidance of Principal, Dr. Ulhas Shinde, who believes along with technical and soft skills, entrepreneurship development is the need of time. CTSE imparts Industry Ready Programs designed in consultation with industries as per the requirement of industry. The IRP course duration ranges from 15 Days to 3 Months. CTSE is aiming to train 1000+ students every year.
CTSE has established eYantra Robotics Laboratory under guidance of eYantra team, IIT Bombay and is a Nodal Center to impart training in robotics to teachers and students of Marathwada Region. CTSE has received grants to conduct Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps from National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) Govt. of India, New Delhi through Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad, under DST-NIMAT Project 2015-16. CTSE is committed to impart the technical and soft skills to match with the new technological evolution & growing demands of the Industry.

CTSE has designed and continuing to design Industry Ready Programs for the students of Arts, Commerce, Science, Diploma and Engineering. The Industry ready programs of CTSE enable the students to learn and gain experience of practical aspects that are required while working and performing tasks in actual industry environment. The courses are offered in varied domains and sectors.

CTSE Conducts entrepreneurship awareness camps and short term training programs that helps the aspiring businessmen / women to lay foundation of their business through understanding various legal aspects, funding sources, designing & developing innovative products, marketing the product, understanding customer and requirements.
3. Project Based Training Programs:
The project based training program covers latest technologies and provide the students real time experience through working on live projects. Project Based Training programs are more suitable to candidates who are in final year and submitting a project at the end of academic year is essential to acquire degree certificate. The Project Based Training Program provides opportunities to work on Industry Projects, Research Projects. Students joining PBT also gets exposure on Research Proposal Writing, Research Paper Writing, Thesis / Dissertation Writing
CTSE is associated with many companies to provide industry level solutions such as NRB, NIBL, AMAP Tools. CTSE focuses on allotting students the problems as prescribed by the industries and get them solved from the teams made.
