The Training and Placement Cell is an integral and dynamic component of the college, committed to enhancing the employability and career prospects of students. The institution has provided the Cell with adequate and modern infrastructure to ensure its effective functioning, including training halls, interview rooms, seminar facilities, and computing resources. Training and Placement activities are conducted throughout the academic year with a structured and progressive approach to prepare students for campus recruitment and professional careers
The Cell maintains strong and sustained relationships with reputed industries across the country, many of which regularly visit the campus for recruitment drives. Through continuous industry engagement, MoUs, internships, industrial visits, and live projects, the Training and Placement Cell acts as a vital interface between academia and industry, ensuring alignment with current market requirements.
A key focus of the Cell is personalised counselling and career guidance, which supports students in identifying suitable career paths and developing the necessary technical, professional, and interpersonal skills. Regular training programs in aptitude, soft skills, communication, domain expertise, and emerging technologies further strengthen student readiness.

The Career Counseling Cell plays a pivotal role in guiding students towards informed and well-structured career decisions by aligning their skills, interests, and aspirations with suitable career opportunities. The Cell provides comprehensive support for multiple career pathways, ensuring that every student receives personalized and practical guidance.
To support global career aspirations, the institute has established MoUs for foreign education opportunities, enabling students to explore higher studies abroad through expert guidance on admissions, eligibility, documentation, and career planning. Dedicated counseling sessions help students understand international academic pathways and professional prospects. The Cell also offers focused guidance for higher education and competitive examinations such as GATE, assisting students with exam awareness, preparation strategies, and long-term academic planning. For students aspiring to join the public sector, structured counseling is provided for government job opportunities and competitive examinations, including awareness sessions on eligibility, exam patterns, and career growth.
A key strength of the Career Counseling Cell is its emphasis on developing a detailed and defined career path for each student. Through continuous mentoring, skill assessment, interest mapping, and psychometric analysis, students gain clarity about their strengths and suitable career options.
Additionally, the Cell guides students in selecting the right skills, internships, certifications, and industry-oriented projects, ensuring enhanced employability, career confidence, and long-term professional success.
The Training and Placement Cell plays a proactive and strategic role in securing meaningful internship opportunities for final-year engineering students, ensuring a seamless transition from academics to industry. Through sustained industry networking, institutional collaborations, alumni engagement, and continuous corporate outreach, the Cell successfully places students in prestigious organizations such as Airbus, Indian Space Research Organisation, IIT Bombay, Endurance Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Grind Master Machines Pvt. Ltd., CanPack India Pvt. Ltd., WebTech Developers, Newtek Electricals, Jabil Circuit, and Haier Appliances, Probion Tech., Precision Precast, Siemens, Porfyro IT Solutions, AI Unica, etc. As mandated by the university curriculum, students undergo a structured six-month internship that immerses them in real-time industrial environments, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges within their core domains. The Cell ensures that each internship is outcome-oriented by coordinating closely with both industrial mentors and institute faculty mentors, who systematically monitor attendance, project involvement, technical contribution, professional conduct, and overall skill enhancement. Regular reviews, progress reports, and performance evaluations are conducted to assess competency development and industry readiness. By integrating academic rigor with industrial exposure, the Training and Placement Cell not only enhances employability but also cultivates technical expertise, workplace discipline, problem-solving ability, and professional confidence among aspiring engineers.

I am Dr. Swapnil Dhole, Ph.D. (Mechanical Engineering), MBA (Marketing), M.E. (Production), B.E. (Mechanical Engineering), with 10 years of professional experience, and I serve as University Representative MATPO – Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Representative, Marathwada Region.
With a strong academic foundation and industry-oriented outlook, I am committed to building a robust placement ecosystem for our students.
